Shipping policy

At Avenly, we are committed to providing our customers with an optimal shopping experience by ensuring that every order is handled with care and delivered as quickly as possible. It outlines order processing, delivery terms, as well as our commitments regarding tracking and handling delivery issues.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the necessary information to track your package.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 15 business days. However, external factors such as customs delays or exceptional weather conditions may affect delivery times.

Shipping Fees:
Avenly offers free shipping on all orders, and no additional fees will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can track the progress of your package on the carrier’s website using this number.

Refused Packages:
If a package is refused without a valid reason (clear error on our part or non-compliant product), it will be returned to Avenly. No reshipment will be carried out.

In the event that a tax is applied incorrectly, Avenly will issue a refund once the error has been confirmed. However, if the package is still refused after this correction, no full refund will be issued.

Delivery Issues:
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Avenly cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of the package.
