1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Avenly (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the website www.avenly.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”). By validating an order, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.
2. Products and Services
Avenly offers shapewear and sculpting bodywear products. Product descriptions, photos, and characteristics displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes only. The Seller strives to ensure their accuracy but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the delivered product.
3. Prices and Payment
• Prices displayed on the website are in dollars ($), all taxes included.
• Payment is made by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website.
• The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Order
• Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these GTC.
• An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
5. Delivery
• Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 4 to 8 business days, unless otherwise stated.

• In the event of a delay or lost package, Avenly commits to investigating with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Lost or Undelivered Package
In the event of a claim for a lost or undelivered package, the Customer is required to:
Provide a sworn statement certifying that the package was not received.
Provide a copy of a valid identification document (ID card or passport).
These documents are required for Avenly to open an investigation with the carrier and process the claim.
• Important: If the Customer refuses to provide the requested documents, Avenly reserves the right not to issue a refund or reship the package.
• In the event of false declaration or proven fraud, Avenly reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.
7. Right of Withdrawal
• In accordance with French law, the Customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the delivered product is defective or does not match the order.
8. Warranties and Liability
• Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
• Avenly cannot be held liable for improper use of products by the Customer.
